About Anglican Churches

The Anglican tradition (also known as Episcopalian in the US) blends Catholic and Protestant elements. It values liturgy, sacraments, and a broad range of theological perspectives.

What to Expect in Worship

Services follow a liturgical structure using the Book of Common Prayer, with scripture readings, hymns, a sermon, and the Eucharist. Services range from traditional to contemporary.

Church Governance

Anglican churches are organized into dioceses led by bishops. Local parishes are led by rectors or vicars who serve under the bishop's authority.
