Which membership type should I select?
We offer a Free plan for basic church listings, and a Visitor Growth plan for churches that want enhanced visibility, featured placement, and advanced visitor engagement tools. Choose the plan that best fits your church's outreach goals.
How do I reset my password?
Click the "Sign In" button, then select "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Why doesn't my city show up in Church Search by City?
We are constantly expanding our directory. If your city doesn't appear yet, it may be that we haven't listed enough churches in that area. You can help by adding your church or letting us know about churches in your city.
Is this site for Catholic churches or Protestant churches?
Find & Visit Church includes all Christian denominations — Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, and Non-Denominational. Our goal is to help anyone find a Christian church that's right for them.
I found some wrong church information — how do I correct it?
If you notice incorrect information about a church, please contact us through our support page. If you are the church pastor or administrator, you can claim the church profile and update the information directly from your dashboard.
What countries are included?
Find & Visit Church includes the largest directory of Christian churches in the United States and Canada. Starting in 2026, we are expanding to select cities in a few other countries around the world.
Is Find & Visit Church free to use?
Yes! Searching for churches and planning your first visit is completely free for visitors. Churches can also claim and manage their basic profile at no cost. Premium features are available through our Visitor Growth plan.

How do I add my church?
Visit our "Add My Church" page and fill out the basic information. If your church is already listed (we may have added it from public sources), you can claim it instead by searching for your church and clicking "Claim This Church."
How does Find & Visit Church help my church rank higher in search engines?
Each church profile on our platform is optimized for search engines (SEO). We create dedicated pages for your church with structured data, location information, service times, and more — all of which help your church appear in Google searches for churches in your area.
I don't see my city — can I still add my church?
Absolutely! When you add your church, we'll create the city page automatically. Your church will be one of the first listed in that area, giving you increased visibility as we grow.
Do you have membership plans available?
Yes, we offer a monthly membership for our Visitor Growth plan. This gives your church featured placement, enhanced visibility, and advanced visitor engagement tools. Visit our pricing page or contact us for more details.
How can I get my church listing more visible so people can find us?
Upgrade to our Visitor Growth plan for featured placement in search results, a dedicated featured churches banner, enhanced profile badges, and priority in our church matching algorithm. You can also improve visibility by completing your profile fully — adding service times, a description, photos, and enabling the First Visit Guide.
Can I advertise my church in more than one city or town?
Your church profile is associated with its physical location. However, with the Visitor Growth plan, your church appears in the featured section for searches in nearby areas, increasing your reach beyond just your immediate city.
I manage multiple churches — can I add them all?
Yes! You can add and manage multiple church profiles from a single account. Each church will have its own dedicated profile page. Simply claim or add each church individually through the dashboard.
How do I update the billing information for my church?
Sign in to your church dashboard, navigate to the Subscription section, and click "Manage Billing." You can update your payment method, billing address, and view invoices from there.
I updated my Church Profile, but I do not see the changes yet — why?
Profile updates are typically reflected immediately. If you don't see your changes, try clearing your browser cache or refreshing the page. In rare cases, cached pages may take a few minutes to update.
What is a Church Profile Manager?
A Church Profile Manager is a person authorized to manage a church's profile on Find & Visit Church. This is typically the pastor, church administrator, or communications director. They can update church information, respond to visitor inquiries, and manage the subscription.

I am looking for a new church — what help do you provide?
We offer several tools to help you find the right church: our Church Search with filters for denomination, location, and amenities; the Church Fit Quiz that matches you with churches based on your preferences; the Plan My First Sunday tool that helps you prepare for your visit; and the First Visit Guide on each church profile.
What types of church denominations are included?
We include all major Christian denominations: Baptist, Catholic, Anglican, Pentecostal, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Methodist, Non-Denominational, Evangelical, Charismatic, Reformed, Mennonite, Adventist, and many more.
Do you provide church search by other criteria, such as church size, style of worship, etc?
Yes! You can filter churches by denomination, worship style (contemporary, traditional, blended), kids ministry, youth ministry, livestream availability, and more. Our Church Fit Quiz also takes these preferences into account when recommending matches.
Can I write a review for a church I've visited?
Yes! We have an "I Love My Church" feature that allows visitors to share their positive experiences and show appreciation for a church they've attended. You can find this option on any church's profile page.

The normal business hours for our Church Support Team are: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time If possible, we will respond to support tickets in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
